I write concerning the professional assistance and advice given by Mr Laurie Fittock of Fittock barristers & Solicitors, who is acting in the settlement of the Estate of my late former wife. She died as a result of a house fire last year leaving our two children as the major beneficiaries of her estate.
One of the complex matters in this Estate, was the settlement of an insurance claim for the house fire.
Mr. Fittock's combined legal and insurance knowledge and experience, resulted in the original payout offered from the insurance company being increased by in excess of 100%.
